Dr. Sharon Bond is a Board Certified Dermatologist whose goal in practice is to provide excellent dermatological care to her patients with a heart of compassion. This was a team-based project, and each member of our group was assigned a "role". As the designated Art Director, I was responsible for the visual direction and overall conceptualization of the identity mark.

 

After doing research about the Dermatology industry, interviewing Dr. Sharon Bond and her clientele, our design team found that what differentiates Dr. Bond from other dermatologists is her compassionate approach to helping her patients. We decided to use a script font "S" to symbolize a personable, signature, representing Dr. Bond's caring and friendly relationship with her patients. The circle around the "S" suggests rejuvenation and the teal color expresses health and cleanliness. The result of Dr. Bond's logo is one that portrays her practice's compassionate care.
